Salted Nut Roll

Salted Nut Roll


1 -16 ounce jar peanuts
3 tbsp butter
1 can Eagle-brand condensed milk
Half -10 ounce package mini marshmallows

In a large mixing bowl, melt in microwave the peanut butter chips and butter. Stir in can of Eagle Brand milk and marshmallows (I used pastel marshmallows because I was out of the white ones—it makes me think of the Easter Bunny for some reason!). Microwave one minute until marshmallows are soft but still whole. Grease with butter 9x13 pan. Place half of peanuts evenly across bottom of pan. Spread marshmallow mixture over this. Place other half of peanuts across top. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
